The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is easy to reach from Berlin center and conveniently close to the train station. Situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist areas, it is located in a business district. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun. The breakfast spread is amazing, and we were impressed by the variety of options available.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel is located in a convenient area near the tube station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also in close proximity to the Technical University of Berlin, which is great for those attending conferences or events there. being away from the tourist areas means a quieter environment, perfect for business travelers. The hotel is also conveniently located near an S bahn station, providing easy access to public transportation.

There could be some improvements in terms of cleanliness in certain areas of the hotel.

The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked minibar. The TV had streaming services like Amazon Prime and Netflix, easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the train station and easily accessible to the city center.

The lack of shops and cafes in the immediate area of the hotel, making it a bit inconvenient if you wanted to grab a quick bite or do some shopping. The noise level outside the hotel was also a problem, with loud and drunk guests disturbing our sleep.

I was impressed by the perfect attention to detail in the design of the rooms at KPM Hotel & Residences. The beautiful and bright space had countless small design solutions, made it enjoyable. The comfortable bed, nice shower, and modern furnishings added to the overall experience. The hotel staff were friendly and the restaurant served delicious food. I also appreciated the value for money at this affordable hotel. I highly recommend staying here for a good experience.

Beautiful new hotel, easily accessible sights, reasonably priced parking, clean room, helpful staff.

Nothing it was perfect.

Quiet rooms, well-equipped with free minibar offering soft drinks and bottled water. 24/7 bar and reception. Good for business in the area, but requires a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station. Superb breakfast, surpassing others in Berlin.

As soon as we arrived at this hotel, we were welcomed by the friendly staff. the room was exquisite and boasted exclusive amenities like a lovely spa centre, sauna and sun terrace. the live entertainment was fascinating. the massage services were superb, and the sun loungers were comfortable. the in, room breakfast was delicious, and the packed lunches were handy. the restaurant served special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was inviting. the private facilities were exclusive and luxurious. Location, wise, it's easy to reach from the city centre by train and is only a 5, minute walk away. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the occasional confusion with the light switches and controls in the room.

The hotel's elegant and luxurious design seamlessly blends classical and modern elements, with porcelain factory specimens on display. The central location is easy to access, and the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator are a nice touch.

From the moment I entered this hotel, I knew it was luxurious. the private room amenities such as the elegant sun terrace and stylish spa centre were exceptional, and the staff couldn't do enough to ensure I felt comfortable. the sauna and massage service were add-ons that enhanced my stay, and the bar and restaurant area provided plenty to indulge in. I could even request private dining experiences if I so wished, which was impressive.

The only minor downside was the hotel's location, as it was slightly out of the way compared to other tourist attractions. this was a small inconvenience as the hotel provided excellent shuttle services that made exploring the local area effortless.
